Dead Man Walkin!

Every tank we dig out now represents a step closer to the end of my internship. Not necessarily a happy thought. This week we drained two more tanks. John Holdrege calls us interns "Dead Man Walkin" now that the grapes have been harvested. I love the job back in Dallas but I've been enjoying this learning process. It has been such an experience. The people I've met and the friends I've made. But, hey! It's not over yet. I've still got a few more weeks of digging and cleaning and barreling and pump-overs. 
I've got to run now, but stay tuned and I'll do my best to fill you in on what's going on in November at Ramey Wine Cellars. We've done a lot already this week.


ps - how about Dirk Nowitzki's 29 points in the 4th quarter!!!
