Everyone's favorite intern. It is her last day today.
A student at Purpan University in Toulouse, she is an extremely hard worker. Very conscientious about getting the work orders done quickly and efficiently. Oh how I loved it when she would correct me if I was not doing a job properly. I think she will some day become a successful head of a firm or company. She knows how to take charge when necessary.
She was also fun to be around. Her english much better than she thinks. She was quick to laugh or tell a story.
At Purpan she is required to study abroad. She did an internship on a goat farm last year. The goats' milk was used to make a famous cheese from her region - Roquefort! Next year I believe she said she is required to go to a university in a foreign country. What a degree plan. Talk about a well-rounded curriculum.
Paul cooked cassoulet and other great dishes. Wines were opened and we all spent a wonderful grand last lunch together. Thanks to the Rameys for letting us enjoy the moment for a bit longer than usual.
Denise and Apolline were a team within the team. They did a lot of projects together working the day shifts.
We five, the 2009 Ramey Wine Cellars interns, made a great crew. We will miss you Apo. We wish you Great Success!
